Freshprocess's sales management system is a comprehensive CRM/ERP tool that allows you to manage third parties (customers/prospects/suppliers), quotes, orders, and invoices. Sales data can be distributed to your internal or external accounting system. Our CRM/ERP module, combined with the catalog/inventory management module (including raw materials and offcuts), is a valuable asset for generating specialized pricing for textile and promotional item printing.

Thanks to the Catalogue Management module with product variations , Freshprocess facilitates the generation of quotes / orders using its ultra-configurable textile and object calculators.

Product personalization is currently under development and will be launched in the first half of 2022.

Project Management – ​​Production Workflow

Freshprocess is a powerful, user-friendly production management tool developed with the latest web technologies. Its real-time system ensures unparalleled fluidity in the sequence of steps.
Thanks to the automatic scheduling algorithm, daily task management can be put on autopilot, allowing the tool to prioritize tasks and project deadlines on its own. Of course, your production managers still have the final say in organizing production as they see fit.
Upon receipt of a quote or order, Freshprocess is able to give you the best possible delivery time, taking into account production time estimates.

BAT for control and BAT for validation

The automatic BAT module, which is present by default, operates in two modes: BAT for file control (targeting reseller clients) and BAT for client validation (targeting end clients).
Your desktop publishing (DTP) department no longer needs to monitor the email inbox; all project information is centralized on Freshprocess. The tool will send reminders via email and/or SMS to unblock client approval tasks. This module has patented key features that allow for quick resolution of issues.
Interfacing with Callas Switch / PitStop for Pre-flight operations is also possible.

Inventory management, raw materials, offcuts

Combined with the price management/product catalog module, inventory, raw material, and waste management becomes truly meaningful. From the moment a customer order is placed, your trusted production management tool knows which raw materials to reduce and what waste to expect. This information will then be submitted to the operator for validation during task execution.

Traceability

The traceability module provides a single traceability record for all phases of material transformation in the production of a product. For example, it allows users to quickly search for a project or print barcode labels for shipping boxes.

Thanks to the shipping label module, you can print your shipping labels directly from Freshprocess for over 100 available carriers.
